TriviaEdit

  • Thundacock has the highest base Attack stat of all non-legendary Electric-type Pokémon.

Name and Design OriginEdit

Reference to "Chad Thundercock", the antithesis of a beta.

It may also be based on the Thunderbird, a Native American cryptid that can summon thunderstorms just by flapping it's wings.
