Evolution Edit
It used to have Gale Wings and Rough Skin as abilities instead of Early Bird and Shed Skin in the first Clover demo.
Design Origin Edit
Kengeon and its entire evolution line are based on fried chicken. Kengeon in particular resembles a chicken nugget, or a piece of "popcorn chicken", as produced by KFC . Its wings resemble French fries.
Name Origin Edit
Kengeon is a combination of Kentucky (referring to Kentucky Fried Chicken or KFC) and pigeon . The names of it and its evolutionary relatives (Kengeon, Frieden and Corooster) acrostically spell out "KFC".
